So, here he was, a carder arriving at a U.S. Post Office to pick up a $50,000 Outpost.com delivery. He sees a unmarked Crown Victoria outside but decides to go ahead and go in anyway. He walks in with the police waiting for him. He’s taken to the police station where he is quoted in the police report as saying “Give me federal agents and i’ll give you a case involving the Russians and millions of dollars.” He spends 3 months in jail before the federal agents even come see him and don’t seem interested in the information. A agent finally returns where they tell him he’s going to live in a FBI-Rent Paid apartment and open a message board with the intention of allowing the FBI to study and get inside the ‘carding’ world. For 3 years he runs this site, feeding thousand & thousands of logs to the FBI while being involved AND being allowed to commit financial fraud crimes as long as the FBI was informed of these crimes first.
